Interactive Graphic Designer
Interactive Graphic Designer/Developer will create concepts, implement designs, and maintain design concepts through all phases of a project. Candidate must have a portfolio of finished projects and code samples. Must possess an excellent understanding of the software development process and exhibit an ability to work in a team environment.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designer will provide leadership in concept development, original art creation, project design/development, and QA. He or she will develop innovative navigation systems, interface designs, typography, and screen or page layouts for Web sites, kiosks and other interactive media.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of additional Internet technologies including HTML, JavaScript/CSS/DHTML, XML, Perl.
Experience with at least one of the following: ASP, JSP, or CFM.
Ability to solve cross platform/cross browser issues for both design teams and programming teams
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
Experience working with Macromedia Flashs ActionScripting, OOP, XML, remoting, web services and Database integration are a big plus.
SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Candidates must have 2-3 years visual design experience specifically in the areas of usability and application design.
A firm understanding of functionality, interaction, information architecture, navigation, and interface design, couple with a strong understanding of our comps translate into code.
Ability to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A demonstrated passion for interactive content development, with attention to detail .
Self motivated, good communicator, comfortable following directions
Fearlessness in pursuit of new technologies.
Must have strong time management and interpersonal skills. Integrity, strong communications skills, and the ability to work outside the box and under pressure are mandatory.
College degree preferred.
