I remember I visited the page where you enter the serial so you can download the progam again. but I lost the page… can anyone tell me where it is?

I imagine it’s somewhere in the adobe store, maybe under "your account" but i’m not sure. If you want a definitave answer, call customer service, i’m sure they’ll be able to tell you exactly where to sign in to re-download.
