Dashed Arrows

Hi,

I got Photshop CS and I am trying to make a chart overview, containing a few dashed arrows – they should be straight regular arrows, but some of them to have 90% angles in their line (when they point from one square somewhere to another square…)

Any ideas how this can be done?

Best with a vector drawing program rather than a raster editor.
