Actually, the smart thing to do is to detail the problem you’re having here, in this forum first.
95% of the time what people call "Bugs" are simple conflict, system or preference problems. Often we regulars can walk you through the solution.
This is really great advice Phosphor. While we welcome user reports on product issues, the bug reporting form shouldn’t be used in lieu of contacting Support and/or posting on the U2U. Or put more plainly, if there’s a problem that you need to find a resolution to, don’t submit a bug report and wait for a response, call Support or post the issue here. If you then find it’s an actual bug, sumbit a report.
