Has anyone taken his CD-based video training course? Adobe is offering the PS7 version for $99 (was $249).

I’m looking to improve my skills using PS in photography. I’ve already learned the basics in a semester class at a local community college.

I’ve got the PS7 version and was very happy with the whole thing. He presents Photoshop features in a way that is easy to follow and keep notes as needed. No matter what level you’re at, you should be able to pick up a lot of good pointers, and at $99 that’s pretty hard to beat. You should also consider getting his Illustrator course as well, if you can get "such a deal" on it. I went through the full set of DVDs just to see what was there, and then went through them again with the intent of keeping notes and trying the examples. You should not find this version significantly different that what is now offered for CS, since the workflow for each is about the same for most activities.
