Redo key option gone in CS?

Photoshop 7 finally gave the option of separating undo and redo, so that Ctrl+Z un-does multiple actions instead of toggling the most recent one. I’m looking at Photoshop CS and this option appears to be GONE again! To me it’s just completely worthless this way. Am I just not seeing the option?

Ctrl+Z is undo/redo, alt+ctrl+z is step back in history, Shift+ctrl+z is step forard. The shortcuts can be modified – go the Edit | Keyboard Shortcuts.
