Hi,
Does anyone know how to configure the default settings
for Adobe Acrobat 5.0 links? To expedite my work process, I’d like to change a few of the default settings.
I place multiple, rectangular links on a single .pdf file. These are clickable links to a picture folder.
The settings I’m concerned with are:
Type:
"Invisible Rectangles" for links to the picture folder. Currently, each time I draw the link, it’s set to "Visible Rectangle" and I must re-select invisible.
I’d like to remain set to "Invisible Rectangle".
Action:
Currently it’s set to "Go To View".
I’d like Acrobat to default to "Open File".
When I choose "Select File" and browse to the picture folder I’m presented with icons. I have to choose "Thumbnails" each time in order to see the picture I want to link to.
I’ve changed the folder settings for the entire computer using My Computer / Tools / folder Options, but I’m still seeing icons when I browse to a picture folder from Adobe.
Thanks for any help.
Mark
