After over a year I all of a sudden got this message. PS won’t load. I can’t find any .tmp files. Running on a PC under windows NT. Can I delete a preference file? What is it called? What is the scratch disk called. Help!

Your scratch disk is whatever HD that Photoshop is set to write temp files to. If you only have one HD, that’s the one, and it’s full!!

You can either delete old/unwanted files, or get another HD. I would suggest always using a second HD dedicated to Photoshop for scratch disk.
