I need some help with photoshop 7. It wont work and when I try to open it, it says: Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personolization information. Those of you who have Photoshop 7, can you go into the Photoshop 7 folder and count how many files are in there. Don’t include the folders in the count, just the files. Thanks a lot. I need to see if I am missing a file or not…and I won’t ask for you to copy the name of every file you got in there because that would be asking to much.<—Unless ya want to. Well, thanks a lot.

that error means something in the registry’s messed up. reinstall should fix it.

Most likely when you installed you left out one or more items of your personal information. I left my employer blank and got the same error message on startup. Daves’s advice to reinstall fixed it, only the second time I completed every blank in the personal information form.
