photoshop 7.0 not able to start

Hi.

I’ve a problem with Photoshop 7.0 – running at winXPprofessional:

If i want to start photoshop, i get following error:

"Unable to initialise Photoshop, because of a Programm-Error"

I uninstalled photoshop, deleted all entrys i found in the registry, installed it new, but i still have this error.
