Photoshop 7.0 became unusable

This is so weird but I had the upgrade version of 7.0 and was working fine until one day it stopped working. it seems like the program is opening but then it doesnt. So, I am forced to work in 6.0. Do you guys have any clue what is going on and how can I fix that problem?
