Hello,

I am working on a webpage in Photoshop and now Save for Web is disabled. I have tried everything to get it working again. I had some missing fonts and layers that needed to be updated, but that is taken care of now. I am too far along to start over, and really need this. Please Help!

Thanks in advance,
Josh

Is your image 8 bit RGB? [Or what?]

Yes, it is 8 bit RGB

I tried hard to disable my <save for web>, with adding layers, converting to 16 bit, converting to CMYK/Lab/Duotone etc, but it remains enabled. I’ve got PS 7.01 on Win 2000.
What’s your platform/version?
And try to trace back to when it DID work. (what did you change etc.)

Does it work if you flatten the image first?

I am using v7.0 on Windows ME. Actually, I just noticed that Save for Web doesn’t work with ANY image, even a new one. That is odd…

Ok, I reinstalled Photoshop and it works. I don’t know what happened, but it is ok now. Thanks so much for your help.
