Within the last few weeks, there used to be some technical guides on general color science, color management and related information on the Adobe website. For example, there was some related to the CIE standards, XYZ, LAB, etc.

What happened to these? I can no longer find them. How can one search for them. I first stumbled into them through a "Color Management" search on google.

I hope they haven’t been removed; they were excellent sources of understanding color.

Neil,

While they arrive, you might try:

Ian Lyons’ Den <http://www.computer-darkroom.com/> (there’s a new set of pages on Photoshop CS CMS).

An Introduction to Digital Color Management <http://www.boscarol.com/pages/cms_eng/index.html> by Mauro Boscarol.

Bruce Lindbloom’s site <http://www.brucelindbloom.com/> one of the geekest.

Creative.pro <http://www.creativepro.com/front/home> always faithful and there.

Imaging Revue <http://www.imagingrevue.com/> It’s not free (gotta pay!) but their staff is a digital Dream Team.

Hope you like them in the meanwhile 🙂
